Born September 23rd, 1971, in Sydney Australia, Sean was raised in Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong.  Inspired by science-fiction TV shows and movies, Sean began making films at age 11, using Super-8 film equipment he received from his parents for Christmas.

As he entered the sixth grade, Sean began experimenting with film; writing, shooting, directing and editing action/adventure or science fiction epics, in backyards and local parks. As his passion for storytelling developed, Sean documented family vacations in Europe, Asia and the US, using home-video and film.  Adding music and titles to the edited footage, Sean would present his efforts to friends and family; earning praise and encouragement along the way.  At age 19, Sean returned to Australia, where he was accepted into the School of Film and Television at the Victorian College of the Arts, (formerly Swinburne Film & Television School).  Sean majored in Film Production, making several short films as Writer, Director and Editor.  Graduating in 1993, Sean returned to Sydney and began working on television series, commercials and features.  In 1996, Sean traveled to Los Angeles, where he spent several months observing films in production, from low-budget independents, to the biggest studio features; further expanding his knowledge of the craft.

In 1997, while working at Sydney's IMAX theatre, Sean began writing his first feature-length screenplay, "Illustrated Hero". His second screenplay, "The China Club", was developed in 1999. Sean’s most recent screenplay is "Prey", an action/horror film, about five snowboarders who discover a ferocious animal species, living in the remote ice fields of the Yukon, in Canada. Sean continues to develop each of these scripts, whilst developing new projects that capture his imagination.

Between 2002 and 2005, Sean wrote, directed and edited several shorts and music videos, employing the latest digital tools, such as Final Cut Pro.  He also worked as an assistant on several feature films, at Sydney’s Fox Studios.

In January 2006, Sean moved to Los Angeles to seek opportunities in Hollywood.   After attending the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, Sean found internships with studio-based production companies in L.A., where he assisted with development and research, gaining valuable industry experience.  In 2007, Sean worked as an assistant for Larger Than Life Productions, on the Universal Studios lot, and wrote two new drafts of "Prey".

Since that time, Sean has expanded his connections even further in Hollywood, and continues to write new screenplays, whilst developing projects as producer and director.  These include short films, music videos and independent features.
